However, the actual declaration of future cash dividends, and the establishment of record and payment dates, is subject to determination by the Board of Directors each quarter after its review of the Company's financial performance, as well as general business conditions, capital requirements, and any contractual, legal and regulatory restrictions. The Company may change its dividend policy at any time.
If you have submitted the direct deposit enrollment form for your shares held in certificate form or held by our transfer agent, you will receive a confirmation in the mail from Continental indicating the funds have been wired to the bank/brokerage account you designated.
If you wish to receive future dividends via direct deposit and have not yet completed the form, please complete the dividend direct deposit enrollment form.
Stockholders who own their shares in a bank or brokerage account in street name should receive the cash dividend into the account where shares are held.
